This was my first time staying at this location and it was a great experience! They are situated in good location, right off of N Interstate 35 Frontage and is surrounded by a vast number of essential amenities(Walmart, Restaurants, Ice cream parlors, Banks etc..). I had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Frank. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. He really went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was amazing and it was. Moreover all of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to be around! I'd recommend anyone to stay at this location.
We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location. The front desk employees were fantastic! We loved the amenities and the layout of our room. Overall we had a really good experience. Our only complaint is how dirty the floors are. Not just in our room, but the common areas and stairwell. The floors have dirt, crumbs and stains everywhere. The hardwood floors in our kitchen turned our socks black. If I were to guess, I would say the floors haven't been cleaned in months; they were absolutely disgusting!

Everyone was so nice rooms are really clean my husband broke his leg while working and we got back to the hotel they offered to help me with him and everything the older and younger lady on nights was so friendly can't wait to go back
Hotel is decent for the price and for a last minute choice. It's close to the highway so it's quite noisy. Lobby looks simple but nice and could smell slightly better. Pleasant staff. The room is huge. Very spacious. Full kitchette. Generally clean. There were some stains on the sheets. The toilet has very noticeable mold stain on inside of rim. I'm sure this is common in hotel rooms but because of how the bathroom and toilet is positioned, this can't be missed therefore not attended to on purpose. It is just simply gross seeing and knowing its there when you go to use the bathroom. Not enough of a reason to give it lower than a 4 star although I thought about it. Overall the hotel is decent. No serious complaints.
I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites in Schertz, Texas. Mr. Frank, the manager, was very attentive and made sure we were well accommodated, addressing any issues that came up right away. His staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel was thoroughly cleaned every day—a huge plus. Keep up the great work, and I hope to visit again!
